1. Introduction

Welcome to Caregiver Academia Butwal, operated by National Aged Care And Research Consultants. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Franchise & Affiliation Disclosure

National Aged Care And Research Consultants operates as an official franchise partner of Caregiver Academia for Butwal. All training programs, curriculum structures, and certification pathways are delivered in alignment with the standards and guidelines established by Caregiver Academia. Certifications may include ISO 9001:2015 aligned training systems and affiliations with international bodies such as SDC Canada, CPD UK, and CTEVT Nepal, where applicable.

Sister Companies — Scope of Responsibility

Next EduPath (Education Consultant): Next EduPath is a separate sister company under the Caregiver Academia family. Caregiver Academia Butwal’s direct responsibility extends to caregiver training, certification, and the formal services delivered at our Butwal campus. Activities, services, agreements, payments, or arrangements that any student carries out with Next EduPath, or with any third parties or external providers outside the Caregiver Academia umbrella, are the independent responsibility of the student. Caregiver Academia Butwal accepts no liability or accountability for outcomes, contracts, or interactions arising from such third-party engagements. Students are advised to read the terms of any service or contract carefully before engaging.

GCC Salon Jobs (Job Placement): GCC Salon Jobs is a separate sister company under the Caregiver Academia family. Caregiver Academia Butwal’s direct responsibility extends to caregiver training, certification, and the formal services delivered at our Butwal campus. Activities, services, agreements, payments, or arrangements that any student carries out with GCC Salon Jobs, or with any third parties or external providers outside the Caregiver Academia umbrella, are the independent responsibility of the student. Caregiver Academia Butwal accepts no liability or accountability for outcomes, contracts, or interactions arising from such third-party engagements. Students are advised to read the terms of any service or contract carefully before engaging.

2. Enrollment & Admission

All enrollment is subject to the submission of required documents, payment of applicable fees, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria set by Caregiver Academia and relevant certifying bodies. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Course Fees & Payment

Course fees are payable as per the schedule provided at the time of admission. Installment options, where available, must be adhered to strictly. Fees paid are generally non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.

4. Certification

Certifications issued upon course completion are subject to meeting attendance, assessment, and performance requirements. Certification validity and recognition depend on the respective accrediting body (CTEVT, CPD UK, SDC Canada, ISO) and their independent policies.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect fellow learners and staff, and follow institutional guidelines. Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, training materials, branding, and resources are the intellectual property of Caregiver Academia and/or National Aged Care And Research Consultants. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

National Aged Care And Research Consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to job placement outcomes, visa decisions, or third-party actions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rupandehi district, Lumbini Province.
