Lumbini Province's ISO 9001:2015 certified caregiver training institute — delivering Butwal the same curriculum, trainers, and international certifications as the Kathmandu head office.
Bringing world-class caregiver training home to western Nepal.
At Caregiver Academia Butwal, our mission is simple: every aspiring caregiver in Lumbini Province deserves access to ISO-certified, internationally recognised training without leaving home. For too long, students from Butwal, Bhairahawa, Tilottama, Palpa, Nawalparasi and Kapilvastu have had to relocate to Kathmandu — paying double in rent, travel and time — just to earn a globally accepted caregiving certification. We exist to close that gap.
We are building Butwal's most trusted caregiver institute by combining clinical-grade classroom and lab training with destination-specific language and cultural preparation for Japan, Israel, Canada, the UK and Australia. Every graduate leaves our Kalikanagar campus ready to care for elderly and vulnerable people with skill, empathy and the confidence that their certification opens doors worldwide.
How a Kathmandu curriculum became Butwal's local caregiver college.
The Butwal branch of Caregiver Academia was launched by National Aged Care And Research Consultants as an official franchise partner of Caregiver Academia. The decision to open in Butwal was not accidental. Western Nepal produces a huge share of the country's outbound care workers every year — yet there was no single local institute delivering the full stack of certifications those careers demand: CTEVT for regulatory recognition, CPD UK for continuous professional development, SDC Canada for Canadian placement, and ISO 9001:2015 for institutional quality.
Rather than ask students to travel hundreds of kilometres to Kathmandu, we brought the entire curriculum to Mahadev Path, Kalikanagar-11. As a franchise partner we do not operate a separate syllabus, trainer pool or assessment standard. We deliver exactly what the Caregiver Academia head office delivers — the same caregiver training butwal students hear about from their cousins studying in Kathmandu, now offered right here in Rupandehi district.
We want to be transparent about this partnership. Caregiver Academia Butwal is not a rebrand or a copy. It is a licensed franchise branch under National Aged Care And Research Consultants, which means the parent institute's quality systems, certifications and curriculum structure apply directly to every student who walks through our Butwal doors.
One brand, two cities — same curriculum, same certifications, same standards. Students can transfer freely between branches.

Six reasons we are quickly becoming Lumbini's most trusted caregiver and aged care training destination.
Butwal's first caregiver institute built on an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (Cert No: E95ABA38). Every process — admissions, teaching, assessment, certification — is documented, audited, and internationally comparable.
No need to travel to Kathmandu. All 6 courses are delivered end-to-end from our Kalikanagar campus — including theory, lab practicals, language classes and internship placement — right here in western Nepal.
From the 3-month CTEVT Israel course to the 900-hour CNA programme, we run the complete Caregiver Academia course library: Kaigo Japan, Diploma in Caregiving L-IV, Diploma in Aged Care, PSW Canada and CNA.
Life changes. If a student needs to move to Kathmandu mid-course, they can seamlessly transfer to the Caregiver Academia head office and continue without repeating modules or losing fees — a benefit only a true franchise branch can offer.
Our Director and Lead Trainer is a practising counsellor, so students receive not just clinical caregiving skills but emotional preparation for the psychological realities of elder care and overseas employment.
Fees range from NPR 35,000 to 180,000 across all six programmes — with installment plans available. No hidden charges, no surprise add-ons. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Five independent certification bodies stand behind every certificate we issue.

The people behind Butwal's caregiver academy — trainers, counsellors and operations specialists committed to every student's success.
Juna leads the Butwal branch as Director and Lead Trainer. A practising counsellor, she combines clinical caregiving expertise with the emotional-support skills students need for aged-care work abroad, and personally guides every cohort through the curriculum.
Sushan is the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. From enquiry to enrolment to course completion, he ensures every student's admission journey is smooth, informed and pressure-free.
Sudip leads management and business development for the Butwal branch — building partnerships with hospitals, care homes and overseas recruiters so that our graduates are placed into real caregiving careers, not just issued certificates.
Caregiver Academia students don’t just earn certifications — they get end-to-end support from our family of specialised partners covering education consulting, overseas job placement, and beauty & nail technician training.
Next EduPath is the dedicated educational services arm for students who want to take their Caregiver Academia training to the next level — pursuing further studies, language certifications, and skilled migration pathways abroad. Their counsellors guide students through visa documentation, university admissions, language preparation (IELTS, JLPT, German A2/B1, Korean TOPIK), and full study-abroad planning.

Visit nailsacademia.com ›Scope of responsibility: Next EduPath, GCC Salon Jobs, and Nails Academia are separate sister companies under the Caregiver Academia family. Caregiver Academia Butwal’s direct responsibility extends to caregiver training, certification, and the formal services delivered at our Butwal campus. Activities, services, agreements, payments, or arrangements that any student carries out with these sister companies, or with any third parties or external providers outside the Caregiver Academia umbrella, are the independent responsibility of the student. See our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
Because Caregiver Academia Butwal is an official franchise partner — not an unrelated local institute — our curriculum, trainers, assessment standards and certification process are fully harmonised with the Caregiver Academia head office in Kathmandu.
That means if a student begins their course in Butwal and their circumstances change mid-way — a job offer, a family relocation, a marriage — they can transfer to the Kathmandu head office without losing fees, repeating modules, or restarting their certification timeline. Their training record moves with them. Few institutes in Nepal can offer this kind of continuity, and it is one of the strongest reasons to choose a franchise branch over a standalone training provider.
